Our story
Fletcher Auctions was founded on the belief that families, executors and business owners deserve a straightforward way to turn property into fair value, without hauling, haggling or guessing what things are worth. Online auctions made that possible; doing it well takes a team that treats every project like it matters.
We work across the entire state of Ohio, with deep roots in Powell, Dublin, Worthington, Westerville, Sunbury and Delaware. Most of our work comes from referrals: attorneys who trust us with their clients’ estates, realtors who need a house emptied before closing, and past sellers who tell their neighbors.
Every auction we run is cataloged honestly, photographed carefully and marketed to real buyers. When it’s done, you get an itemized settlement that shows exactly what sold and for how much. That’s the whole business: do the work, show the math, earn the referral.

Alex Fletcher
Auctioneer / Realtor
Alex leads every Fletcher Auctions project personally, from the first walkthrough to the final settlement. As both a licensed auctioneer and a realtor, he sees the whole picture when a property and its contents need to move together, and he can coordinate the auction around a home sale instead of against it.
Alex grew up in Sunbury, graduated from Big Walnut High School, and teaches at Big Walnut today. When he says local roots, he means the same square, schools and back roads his sellers know.
When you call Fletcher Auctions, you get Alex. Not a call center, not a franchise script. Just a Central Ohio auctioneer who will look at what you have and tell you plainly what it can do at auction.
